TO ORDER: You may use as many photos as you would like. Please send each order for each photo to the cart separately if you have different imprinted messages and/or different flavor and color options. For example:
To order various options using more than one photo: For one photo you want 6 cookies with milk chocolate and white sprinkle - order and send it to the cart. You also want 6 cookies using a second photo with white chocolate and a message - order and send it to the cart.
To order the same options using any quantity of photos: You want to order 24 white chocolate cookies with blue sprinkles using 12 photos - order the quantity, flavor, and sprinkle color. In the "Special Requests" option note the number of photos you will be using and send it to the cart.
You can explain in more detail your request when we send you an email asking for your photo(s). We are also happy to assist you by taking your order over the phone at (951)808-2227. We offer custom packaging such as gift baskets, cookie flower bouquets, and special labeling...just ask!
Use your own photo, logo, drawing, or print. You can also choose from any of our designer cake sticker prints such as zebra and leopard prints. Simply note your request in the "Special Request" option above. You can also leave more instructions or questions in the email you reply to when sending your photo(s).

SENDING YOUR PHOTO, LOGO OR DRAWING: After you place your order we will send you an email from eatphotos@yahoo.com within 3 hours of receiving your order with instructions on sending your photo by replying to our email.
Shelf Life: Pictures cookies can stay fresh in a sealed container for up to 12 weeks. All treats are freshly prepared upon receipt of your order.
Shipping Time: We offer low cost shipping. Shipping can be calculated when viewing cart. You can expect delivery of your photo cookies 7-10 days after your order is placed. Most orders have a lead time of 1-2 business days in order to create your personalized treats and will ship thereafter Standard Ground Delivery to arrive in 3-5 days. Express Delivery options are also available: please contact us for shipping charge.
REQUEST A FUTURE SHIPPING DATE: You can have your order sent at a later date to accommodate that special event. Indicate the date you would like your items to arrive in the options section when checking out. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery from the shipping date you specified.
