SHIPPING INFORMATION
PRE-MADE PHOTO COOKIES & TREATS: Usually ships within 2 business days from the date of your order. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery after your order has been processed. For large orders of 500 or more, you will be contacted with the estimated ship date. Shipping fees will be charged at time of check out.
Packaging
Warm Weather Shipping Policies
We ship our chocolate dipped treats year round across the country; we want to ensure that your purchase arrives in good condition during the warmer months of the year. March thru September, we will pack your chocolates with a gel cold pack (shipping and handling charges shown at checkout include a $4 charge for the gel pack). Note: We cannot guarantee the condition of your shipment if you choose not to use the recommended shipping method during the warmer months of the year.
CAKE STICKERS: Usually ships with in 24 hours after your order is received. We offer FREE Regular Delivery 3-7 business days, Priority 2-3 business day delivery, and Express Mail 1-2 business day delivery. These delivery options and fees are available at the time of checkout.
Bella Couture Cupcake Wrappers: Usually ships with in 1-2 days after receiving your order. A $5.00 flat rate shipping fee will be added at time of checkout for cupcake wrapper orders. You can order a quantity of 1 or 100 for a shipping fee of only $5.00.
Delayed Shipping-Per Your Request: If you would like to delay shipment of an order to arrive on a future date to accommodate that special event, please type your requested ship date in the box at the bottom of the payment page during the check out process. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery once your items ship.
Changes to your order
Once your order is submitted to Fill Your Heart it will be considered "in processing". If your order has not started production we can possibly make changes to your order. Changes included but are not limited to personalization, product, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages, etc.
Delivery Locations
We will not be responsible for delivery delays or additional shipping charges due to insufficient or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Always ship to a location where you know the recipient will be available to receive the package, such as their work place. UPS may leave gifts at a destination where no one is home. Keep in mind, our gifts are perishable and should not be exposed to the elements, especially in very warm or very cold conditions. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
Return Package/Order Fees: Often orders are returned for a bad address, customer refusal or other misc reasons. In these situations, fees are often assessed directly from the shipper and are therefore passed along to you.
1. Address Correction: All shippers require a VALID delivery address. Orders processed without a valid address may be returned or incur additional shipping fees. Our flat address correction fee is $10.00. All additional fees will be assessed directly to the original order invoice and may be done so without notice.
2. Orders/Packages returned by shipper: When a shipment is sent back to Fill Your Heart by the shipper, Fill Your Heart will attempt to contact you as soon as possible for direction. If we are unable to contact you for resolution within 10 business days Fill Your Heart will ship the package directly to you at your cost. All packages returned to Fill Your Heart by the shipper will incur return handling fees. Return shipment fees typically equal the initial ship cost.
Holiday Shipping
Please allow an extra 36 to 48 hours processing time when placing orders during a holiday week. For timely gift-giving, place your holiday orders early, and request delayed shipping.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel an order please call or e-mail right away. Be sure to include your name, person receiving gift and order number. A 5-10% cancellation fee may apply. Once an order is in process of being made it cannot be canceled.
Returns
Edible items cannot be returned.
